Desired Experience
Make outbound cold calls to US medical practices (Physicians, Clinics, Billing Managers). Promote Medical Billing, Coding, AR, Credentialing, and RCM services. Schedule appointments, demos, and kickoff calls for senior sales/management teams. Maintain follow-ups via calls and emails.
Research US healthcare practices, specialties, and competitors.
Maintain updated contact lists and CRM records.
Meet daily call volume, lead generation, and monthly sales targets. Track conversion metrics and report daily/weekly progress.
Update CRM with call notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Excellent spoken English with neutral or American-accent clarity.
Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Basic understanding of: Medical Billing & Coding, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) AR Follow-ups & Denial Management
Insurance Types (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
Willingness to learn US healthcare compliance (HIPAA).
Experience in US B2B sales / cold calling preferred.
Ability to pitch services confidently.
MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
Email & VoIP calling tools.
Location : India (US Shift)
Shift Timing : US Business Hours (Night Shift IST)
11.5 years in US Healthcare Sales / Medical Billing Sales.
Experience selling medical billing, coding, or healthcare IT services is a plus. Prior US market calling experience mandatory.
