Salary: 15,000 -20,000/month + incentives based on performance

Japan With Adi is an education platform dedicated to helping students explore opportunities to study, work, and build careers in Japan. We are currently looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team and play a key role in guiding students while driving enrollments.

Handle and respond to student inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Clearly explain our programs and offerings to prospective students

Conduct calls with interested students and guide them through Japan study pathways

Build trust and convert leads

Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential leads

Track, manage, and update lead data systematically

Identify and engage potential leads through social media platforms

Work closely with the team to improve conversion strategies

Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi

Confident, persuasive, and professional personality

Prior experience or strong interest in sales, counselling, or business development

Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain structured follow-ups

Comfortable with calling and closing leads

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Selected candidates will undergo a 15-day onsite training program prior to joining, where they will be trained on our programs, sales process, and student counselling workflow to ensure they are fully prepared for the role.
