Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the engagement across Kvantums data science, marketing science and product development teams around data mobilization, analysis requirements, project milestones, etc. for multiple digital and technology initiatives within YUM! and across external stakeholders.
- Leverage understanding of statistical techniques and hypothesis development to design tests/experiments, that help analyze data, draw conclusions with actionable recommendations to help YUM! and Franchisees, and external Fortune 100 companies with additional data driven decision support.
- Help client teams understand outcomes of complex marketing/media mix or attribution models further optimized through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, through storytelling and concise presentations.
- Support the media planning teams and the media agencies in building the media plan for future quarters by reviewing the predictive models/media performance-based predictions which are further used to create optimization scenarios through the Kvantum scenario planning tool that runs optimization scenarios for decision making.
- Manage multiple clients while being responsible for client satisfaction (N et P romoter S core), cross-sell/up-sell (Year Over Year growth of revenue), onboarding experience, and thought leadership.
- Bring new product features based on potential demand perceived at various clients.
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor /+ masters degree - Eco Hons / Stats with 8-10 years of experience in business analytics or management consulting experience with top tier companies.
- Good understanding of the statistical models typically used in marketing, customer, category, and/or pricing analytics.
- Tell a data informed story leveraging MS Power point to deliver recommendations to senior leadership.
- Analyze data leveraging various tools - MS Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
- Managed a team of 3+ people.
- QSR, CPG, FMCG, Retail, Aggregators domain expertise.
- Optimization/ MMM (Mix Marketing model) background is must have.
