Job Description
2-4 years of experience in managing and coordinating multiple marketing projects with tight deadlines
Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or Communications.
Experience with webinar platforms (GoToWebinar, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
Experience with project management applications (Wrike, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
Typical Duties:
Schedule webinars in the platform.
Setup projects in project management software and assign task owners across teams.
Coordinate logistics for webinars and small-scale events.
Support webinar speakers by ensuring that they do not have any problems with the webinar platform/technology by hosting technical dry-runs prior to events.
Follow-up with task owners to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage registration, reminders, and follow-ups.
Liaise with speakers and Marketing
Track attendance and engagement metrics.
Prepare post-event reports.
Maintain event calendars and documentation.
Assist in project management of creative deliverables
Traffic inbound marketing requests through our workflow tool to the right team owners.
