Marketing Program Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Program Manager to spearhead end-to-end marketing initiatives for our clients. This role goes beyond executionyou will be the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, driving impactful campaigns, leading persuasive pitches, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end marketing programs from strategic planning to flawless execution.
• Lead compelling client presentations and deliver high-impact pitches to prospective partners.
• Bring working knowledge of design, performance marketing, marketplaces, quick-commerce, CRM, and digital ecosystems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, design, web, performance, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Monitor program performance, analyze campaign outcomes, and deliver data-driven insights and reports.
• Stay ahead of marketing trends and proactively recommend strategic improvements.
• Drive seamless client onboarding and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in program or project management (marketing or education sector preferred).
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and performance-led growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
