Marketing Professional for US based Charity Consulting Organization

Most charitable organizations are unable to cross the threshold barrier of financial sustainability. It is a vicious circle where the charity needs to constantly find donors to run its operation. We are changing that.

We are connecting high impact small - mid sized nonprofits with large donors who work hand in hand to help the charitable organization prosper and grow.

We are looking for a Hands-on Marketing professional who can independently plan and execute end to end marketing initiatives both internally and our clients. This role is ideal for a self-driven all-rounder who understands strategy but is equally comfortable with execution across channels. The candidate will work independently and will mentor a trainee as the team grows.

The ideal candidate is one who is working in a digital marketing agency in a client facing role who has the knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing. We are looking at candidates with 3-5 years experience.

• Will be the key contact for the co-founders of this organization
• Should be able to edit Podcasts and run them on YouTube
• Drive content creation for Social media including drawing up the content calendar
• Drive engagement for Social Media campaigns
• Drive website projects for our clients as they come
• Manage all Digital Assets (Website, Fb, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Manage CRM and emailer campaigns and regularly update CRM
• Interact with us and our clients over zoom
• Lead our team of freelancers for specific work when required
• Nurture our business relationships
• Track performance, analyze data, and prepare clear reports and insights

Required Skills & Experience

1. Basic prompt writing skills with AI
2. Very good conversational skills both written and oral. This is a must
3. Very strong interpersonal skills
4. Must take ownership of work and run with the ball.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple needs
6. Jack of all trades - Has to have knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing
7. Should be comfortable with Canva and should have video editing skills

• Willing to learn, adapt, and scale processes
