The Marketing Performance Analytics professional is an expert who knows how the business works as well as how the value is created in our Industry. You must be an innovator who can see where the most opportunity lies for driving value and bring about competitive advantage. You should be able to work between the technical and business teams that design and implement analytics-based solutions and help optimize their effectiveness. You must be able to build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization and has a reputation of getting things done.

A typical Marketing Performance Analytics professional will have the following set of responsibilities.

 

Data Analysis and Execution: 

  • Collaborate with the US based Analytics teams to create an appropriate measurement strategy for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensures quality and timeliness of the deliverables.
  • Understands and adopts new techniques and technologies that are relevant.
  • Demonstrates problem solving.

  

Client & Internal Relationships: 

  • Build trusting collaborative relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Accurately represents the stakeholder’s point of view when reviewing work, ultimately focused on doing the best work for the business.
  • Invest time to investigate opportunities for providing better support.
  • Participate and present in the new business efforts, where appropriate.   

Strategic Thinking & Leadership: 

  • Articulate effective strategic rationale and logic flow.
  • Respond appropriately when presented with problems and issues.
  • Seek lasting solutions rather than quick fixes.
  • Construct and deliver accurate, honest, and timely performance management documents.

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Optimizing marketing campaign budgets for increased ROI.
  • Analysis of data and preparation of reports on campaign effectiveness. 
  • Implementing conversion strategies and improving marketing results. 
  • Monitoring trends and innovations in Marketing. 
  • Cooperation with the marketing team in developing strategies. 
  • Researching and analyzing competitors and identifying new promotion opportunities.
  • Testing new marketing tools and solutions.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree (preferably related to marketing or data).
  • Professional experience in conducting online marketing campaigns. 
  • Professional experience using Python
  • Superior knowledge of some of the named tools for analyzing marketing data (Power BI, Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, Tableau, SPSS).
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Understanding of databases and their connections.
  • Ability to optimize campaigns with the available marketing budget.
  • Ability to work in a team, and effective communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis.
  • Awareness of trends and innovations in internet marketing.
  • Readiness for continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Experience in Telecom and/or E-commerce is an additional asset.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce/Pardot, 6Sense would be an additional asset.
