Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be the central operational and functional coordinator for all marketing activities related to the Intuition Process. This role ensures tight execution, alignment, and information flow across marketing teams, agencies, martech systems, and contact center(s), enabling seamless lead management and program marketing at scale.
The role is execution-oriented, process-driven, and critical to ensuring campaign-to-conversion continuity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end marketing operations across content, design, social media, performance marketing, email, WhatsApp, and martech teams.
- Own marketing calendars covering:
2. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the single coordination point between:
- Head Office / Ashram (Bangalore)
- Marketing Lead (Mumbai)
3. Contact Center Coordination & Lead Handover
- Coordinate closely with contact centers to ensure:
- Timely and accurate handover of marketing leads
- Alignment on campaign messaging, offers, and program details
4. Email Marketing Management
- Coordinate planning, creation, approvals, and execution of:
- Campaign emails
- Nurture and reminder sequences
- Work with content, design, and martech teams to ensure:
5. WhatsApp Broadcast & Engagement Campaigns
- Coordinate WhatsApp broadcast campaigns including:
- Promotional announcements
- Program reminders
- Educational and nurturing messages
- Align WhatsApp campaigns with:
- Email campaigns
6. Agency & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with:
- Design agency
7. Campaign Readiness, Governance & Hygiene
- Ensure every campaign is fully launch-ready, including:
- Approved creatives and copies
- Live links and landing pages
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Compile and circulate:
- Weekly marketing operations status reports
- Campaign readiness and execution trackers
Desired Profile
Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience
- 35 years of experience in:
- Marketing operations or coordination
- Campaign execution support
- Email and messaging-based campaigns
- Cross-team or contact center coordination
