Who we are looking for

An operations specialist to support Global Marketing’s Brand and Fraud Protection Program and management of general operational tasks in support of key initiatives and functional goals.        This role involves daily monitoring of potential fraud items and operational issues, research of such items, record keeping, tracking and monitoring the items until closure is achieved. This resource requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with other functional areas/dependencies across the company to achieve results. Excellent communications skills, detailed oriented, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize while identifying process enhancements/opportunities to reduce risk posed to the company and improve the operations function in general.

What you will be responsible for

In this role, you will:

  • Review and analyze all newly registered and identified internet domains we receive from our website and social media detection program.
  • Identify concern cases, compile case summary and report the potential cases to be reviewed and actioned.
  • Monitor all open cases and provide timely update for any changes.
  • Maintain good record with all tracking details for all cases and it supports for all analyses and regular review.
  • Manage operational tasks assigned on a regular basis: including but not limited to issue research, resolution, tracking and maintaining, attend and arrange meetings etc.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in business operations, marketing operations or project management is preferred with a strong record of achievement.
  • 8+ years of experience in related field of marketing operations, marketing risk management, project management. Experience working in financial services and/or technology sector is preferred.
