Toffee Coffee Roasters was founded by two coffee enthusiasts who wanted to provide freshly roasted, responsibly sourced beans to their guests. The company prides itself on serving only the finest coffee less than 48 hours out of the roaster, ensuring peak flavor for its customers. Toffee Coffee Roasters is now a D2C Coffee brand (200,000+ Coffee Lovers+) serving Single Origins, Speciality Blends, Cold Brews and Hot Brews, Speciality instant and Filter Coffee from the finest coffee regions of the world. TCR also appeared on Shark Tank India and got a deal from Ritesh Agarwal.
Note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Jigani, Bangalore. We are looking for candidates from Bangalore with 12 years of experience to join our team.
Role Description
In this role you will be responsible for managing day to day operations across ecommerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket. This includes tracking sales and stock data across warehouses and pods, monitoring inventory availability, coordinating purchase orders and replenishment, and ensuring listings are live and visible across platforms. The role will involve maintaining detailed operational reports, analyzing sales trends, identifying stock gaps, and working closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent growth across channels.
Qualifications
- 0 to 1 years of experience in ecommerce, quick commerce, or marketplace operations
- Prior experience working with consumer brands, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage, or D2C brands
- Experience working with sales, inventory, and operational data, with the ability to perform in depth analysis and identify trends
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, data analysis, and tracking sales and stock across platforms
- Experience using marketplace dashboards such as Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, or similar platforms
- Understanding of inventory management, stock tracking, purchase orders, and warehouse coordination
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work cross functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup or consumer brand environment
- Strong Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Based in Bengaluru and willing to work on site
