About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Operations Lead to join our growing team at Tempest Analytics Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly Breadcrumb Digital LLP.), a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in content creation, production, performance marketing, and online & offline design.
This is a hybrid role built for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. You will own end-to-end marketing operations from ideation and production shoots to team management and performance reporting while being a key point of contact for our clients.
Salary range
60,000-75,000 rupees
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Ideation
Lead the development of creative marketing concepts and campaign ideas across content, social, and production verticals
Translate client briefs and business objectives into actionable marketing plans
Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve our creative and strategic output
Production & Shoots
Actively participate in and oversee photo, video, and content production shoots
Coordinate pre-production planning including scheduling, logistics, talent, and resource allocation
Ensure all produced content meets brand standards and client expectations
Client Management
Serve as a key point of contact for client communication, presentations, and feedback cycles
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams
Team & Personnel Management
Lead and mentor a team including social media managers and content coordinators
Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure accountability across the team
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Operations & Processes
Design, implement, and continuously improve internal workflows and SOPs
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns simultaneously
Ensure seamless coordination between creative, production, and performance teams
Reporting & Performance
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics across platforms
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data
Own monthly/quarterly performance reviews for both internal stakeholders and clients
What We're Looking For
47 years of experience in marketing, content, or agency environments
Proven track record of managing both people and projects simultaneously
Hands-on experience with content production and on-set coordination
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and project management software
Ability to balance creative thinking with operational rigor
A self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced agency setting
Nice to Have
Experience with performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma)
Prior agency experience is strongly preferred
