Marketing Operations Executive

Sipologie is a growing D2C drinkware brand. We operate with a small team so we can move fast and stay hands-on. Were looking for someone to manage operations our marketing platforms and the relevant data reporting , and work closely with the team to execute and analyse performance.

This role is execution- and reporting-focused , not a strategy or creative role.

Platforms you will manage

• Website : Shopify
• Instagram : Brand page + Meta Ads Manager
• Analytics : Google Analytics
• CRM : Email newsletter tools
• WhatsApp : Marketing SaaS platforms

You will be responsible for day-to-day ownership and correct functioning of these platforms.

What you will do

• Manage and operate all assigned platforms
• Execute marketing activities across website, ads, and communication channels
• Create and maintain performance reports for each platform
• Track key metrics (spend, traffic, sales, conversions, engagement, ROAS, etc.)
• Maintain organised, clean data for ongoing analysis
• Review performance reports with the founder
• Help translate insights into action items and execution plans

How decisions are made

• Strategy, priorities, and direction will be discussed together
• Your role is to execute, measure, and report accurately
• You are expected to highlight issues, trends, and observations from data

Who this role is for

• 24 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Comfortable working inside platforms and dashboards
• Has experience with Meta Ads Manager (not just boosting posts)
• Familiar with Shopify, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
• Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable

• Freshers
• Strategy-only or idea-only marketers
• Creative designers or video editors
