Marketing Operations Manager - ASEAN

Job Purpose:

To drive the Central Marketing Plans, design the regional Marketing plans & Initiatives at the Country and regional level and support sales team to achieve the targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Drive new product launches and execute launch strategies through sales team in alignment with the central Marketing team
• Provide local marketing insights to the Central team and support the creation of effective marketing mix
• Implement successful marketing strategies tailored to local market dynamics
• Conduct new product assessments and market surveys for opportunity identification

Brand Management

• Manage existing product lines with a focus on brand establishment and brand building
• Sustain high-volume brands and support their continued market performance
• Execute promotion plans and communication strategies and enhance brand visibility

Commercial & Market Execution

• Support the sales team in achieving budgeted targets and market share
• Scan the market to identify opportunities and support expansion across therapeutic areas
• Direct interaction and negotiation with customers to gain actionable insights for local strategy execution

Sales Force Enablement & Training

• Train the local sales force on the implementation of promotional strategies and key product messaging
• Build capability through clinical presentation training and brand-specific promotional knowledge

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct regular customer visits to gain feedback and tailor strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across sales and marketing for alignment and execution

Job Specification:

Education Science/Pharmacy Graduate, MBA preferred not compulsory

Experience 5 years of experience in Product management, in Pharma Industry
