Role Description

This full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi is for a Marketing Operations Lead. The role involves strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns, optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency, and supporting lead generation initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing marketing data, developing marketing automation workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience

• Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Marketing Automation
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Marketing Performance Metrics, and Analytics Tools
• Strong experience with Lead Generation, Zoho CRM Systems, and Customer Data Management
• Excellent skills in Team Collaboration, Strategic Planning, and Project Management
• Proven ability to optimize operational processes for efficient marketing execution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment or education sectors is a plus
