About the role:

* Creating content, production and execution for social media platforms

* Own and scale our instagram by crafting stories that resonate, sparking conversations that matter

* Building a community that genuinely cares about what we're creating

* Influencer marketing: discovering relevant creators, shortlisting, outreach, negotiation and relationship management for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.

* Research winning creatives: regularly study Meta Ads Library and competitor content to identify new concepts, formats and angles to test in ads and organic content.

* Coordinate fulfilment and inventory: track stock levels across Shopify and Amazon, raise timely re-order requests, and follow up with vendors/logistics partners to avoid stockouts.

* Customer-back operations: coordinate with support for replacement/return cases related to Amazon and website orders, helping protect ratings and reviews.

You're perfect if:

* you enjoy crafting stories and being on camera

* love to take up end to end responsibility and see execution through

* have an eye for trends and understand the pulse of the platform

* ability to analyze metrics and turn insights into action

* you have a creative mind with excellent communication skills
