Role Summary

Were looking for aseasoned startup marketer who hasalready built and scaled marketing in fast-moving environments and is excited to do it again.

This role is for someone who bringsjudgment, calm execution, and pattern recognition . Youve seen what works, what doesnt, and you know how to prioritise without chaos.

Youll own marketing execution end-to-end and help us scale with clarity and momentum.What Youll Do

1. Own Marketing Execution

• Turn business goals intoclear, actionable marketing plans
• Prioritise what matters most and cut noise
• Ensure work ships consistently and on time
• Take ownership from idea to outcome

2. Work Across the Marketing Stack

• Operate across content, website, campaigns, email, partnerships, and experiments
• Step in hands-on when needed, delegate where it makes sense
• Maintain quality, consistency, and speed

3. Bring Experience-Driven Ideas

• Introduce ideas grounded in what youve already seen work
• Run focused experiments and scale wins
• Build simple playbooks the team can reuse

4. Coordinate & Communicate

• Coordinate work across people and functions
• Share clear updates on progress, priorities, and blockers
• Keep leadership informed without needing reminders
