Marketing Manager

Role Overview

You will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, driving referrals, expanding market reach, and contributing directly to business growth in the diagnostics and healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1 Business Development & Relationship Management

• Build and manage strong relationships with Doctors, Community Labs, Hospitals, and Corporate Healthcare Providers
• Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure sustained engagement
• Understand clinical and business needs and present tailored diagnostic solutions

2 Strategic Planning & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies
• Plan and manage monthly & annual sales budgets to meet targets
• Identify new catchment areas and high-potential zones for expansion

3 Lead Generation & Negotiation

• Drive lead generation through field activities and partnerships
• Negotiate commercial agreements with clinics, labs, and corporate clients

4 Marketing Activities & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and patient-awareness initiatives
• Coordinate internal teams for service launches, seasonal offers, and branding activities

5 Market Intelligence & Performance Review

• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
• Analyze sales performance and present actionable insights to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Graduate or equivalent
• Certifications in Healthcare / Marketing / Sales are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, diagnostics marketing, or related fields
• Confident freshers with strong communication and field orientation may also apply

Communication

• Strong command over English, Hindi, and regional languages
