We are looking for an experienced with 360-degree marketing exposure to lead brand growth and demand generation for a reputed / organization.

- Drive end-to-end marketing strategy including Brand, Digital, Trade & ATL/BTL

- Plan and execute product launches, GTM strategies, and campaigns

- Manage digital marketing, performance marketing, and social media

- Lead trade marketing initiatives to support retail & channel sales

- Handle agency management (creative, digital, media)

- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competition

- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams

- Own marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and campaign effectiveness

- 815 years of 360 marketing experience

- Mandatory experience from Consumer Durables / Consumer Appliances / Watches / Mobile / Electronics

- Strong exposure to brand building, digital marketing & trade marketing

- Proven track record of successful product & campaign execution

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
