The Role

This is not a desk-only marketing role.

Were looking for a Marketing Manager who loves food, enjoys being on the floor, understands creators and media, and can own how the brand shows up from influencer visits to menu launches to podcasts and PR conversations.

Youll be the voice, face, and curator of the brands marketing presence.

What Youll Do:

Influencer Management:

• Identify relevant food creators, culture pages, and local influencers
• Plan visits and tastings with chefs, restaurateurs, influencers

Menu & Product Launches:

• Own the marketing rollout for new menu items and seasonal launches
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to understand the product deeply
• Coordinate timing across social, influencer visits, PR, and in-store touchpoints

PR & Media:

• Coordinate with PR partners and media for brand features, interviews, and coverage
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound media and collaboration requests
• Help shape brand stories for press, podcasts, and food platforms
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external communications

Offline Touchpoints:

• Own in-store branding elements menus, table cards, signage, posters, and event collateral
• Plan and execute on-ground activations, tastings, and community events

Who You Are

• You love food eating out, discovering places, talking about food
• You love hospitality and enjoy working on the ground
• Youre comfortable speaking on camera and representing a brand
• You have strong taste and judgment in content and storytelling
• You can build relationships with creators, media, and teams
• You care about how things feel , not just how they perform

Experience

• 36 years in marketing, brand, PR, or content roles
• Food / hospitality experience is a strong plus
