About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, owning how our products are positioned, messaged, and taken to market.


Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Define and own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks
  • Translate features benefits business outcomes for enterprise buyers
  • Develop differentiated messaging that clearly articulates why customers choose over competitors

Buyer & Market Understanding

  • Build deep understanding of buyer personas (CIO, IT Ops, ERP Leaders, Automation Heads)
  • Understand customer pain points, use cases, and decision criteria in enterprise environments
  • Partner with Product Management to align roadmap with market needs

Go-to-Market & Launch Ownership

  • Own end-to-end product launches, including GTM strategy, messaging, and enablement
  • Coordinate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams for successful launches
  • Create launch assets such as positioning docs, pitch decks, FAQs, and internal enablement materials

Sales & Marketing Enablement

  • Enable Sales teams with clear messaging, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and value stories
  • Partner with Demand Marketing on campaigns, content, and field programs
  • Support customer-facing narratives across website, campaigns, and sales conversations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic bridge between Product Management, Sales, and Marketing
