Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager with 10+ years of experience who can lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on marketing leader who understands the complete marketing funnel from market research and strategy planning to campaign execution and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Identify new growth opportunities, market segments, and customer acquisition channels.
- Define marketing KPIs, budgets, and performance targets.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as brand activations, partnerships, events, and field campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns continuously to improve lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
Market Research & Customer Insights
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer behavior studies.
- Use insights to refine positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
Brand & Communication Management
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
- Oversee development of marketing creatives, campaigns, and promotional content.
Performance & Data Analysis
- Track and analyze campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and marketing ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and budget allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Manage and coordinate with designers, agencies, and external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, including digital and offline channels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media).
- Experience in lead generation, performance marketing, and brand building.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in service industry, facility management, construction, or home services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing channels and teams simultaneously.
Compensation
- 70,000 75,000 per month (Based on experience and skillset)
