We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Kochi for an on-site role. The Marketing Manager will oversee strategic marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and analyze market trends to develop effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities include leading a team, creating and managing marketing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Additionally, they will play a key role in driving customer engagement and strengthening market presence.

• Strategic marketing and brand management skills to create and implement result-driven marketing campaigns
• Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and leveraging online channels for business growth
• Proficiency in market analysis, research, and identifying customer trends
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of project management and ability to efficiently handle budgets and deadlines
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
