Job Description

Role Overview

Youll own all paid acquisition channels and be accountable for driving high-quality leads and conversions. This role is purely performance-focused no fluff, no manage social media nonsense.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and Paid Partnerships.
  • Manage full-funnel paid strategy: audience ad landing conversion.
  • Set up & maintain tracking, attribution, pixels, events (GA4, GTM, Mixpanel).
  • Perform continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs: CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate.
  • Build and manage weekly/monthly budgets & performance reports.
  • Research competitors, spot trends, and identify new paid opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create high-intent ad creatives.



Requirements

  • 46 years of hands-on experience in Paid Digital Marketing.
  • Must be strong in Google Ads + Meta Ads (non-negotiable).
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns with profitability and efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of bidding strategies, targeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
  • Ability to work fast, test constantly, and own outcomes end-to-end.



Good-to-Have

  • SaaS or AI product experience.
  • Ability to create quick ad copy variations.
  • Experience working in startup/01 environments.
