About the Role
You will own Samaaros SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and inbound funnel performance. Expectations - Build a predictable, scalable inbound engine tied directly to demos, pipeline, and revenue. You will work directly with the founders and collaborate closely with sales.
Core Responsibilities
1. SEO & Organic Growth
Build and execute keyword strategy (pillar + cluster model)
Map TOFU / MOFU / BOFU search intent
Conduct competitor gap analysis
Optimize high-intent landing pages
Improve organic traffic to demo conversion rate
Build sustainable backlink strategies (quality-driven)
Improve rankings for bottom-of-funnel keywords
Optimize for AI search visibility (LLM-friendly content structuring)
2. Paid Performance Marketing
Google Ads
Own search campaign structure and optimization
Manage match types, negative keywords, bidding strategy
Improve Quality Score and reduce CPL
Align landing pages with keyword intent
Optimize spend allocation
LinkedIn Ads
Run persona-based and account-based campaigns
Build retargeting sequences
Optimize cost per qualified demo
Meta Retargeting
Build warm audience funnels
Support brand visibility and sales enablement
3. Retargeting & Sales Enablement
Build retargeting pools across channels
Support outbound sales with targeted ad visibility
Improve brand recall before SDR outreach
Track assisted conversions and influenced pipeline
4. Reporting & Attribution
Build and maintain meaningful dashboards
Track:
Spend vs return
Demo quality by channel
Funnel drop-offs
Pipeline contribution
Identify budget leakages and recommend reallocation
Present weekly performance insights
5. Conversion Rate Optimization
Conduct landing page A/B tests
Optimize form conversions
Analyze heatmaps and user behavior
Improve demo booking rates
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience running Google Search campaigns in B2B
Experience reducing CPL and improving funnel conversion
Strong SEO fundamentals with ranking results
Analytical thinking with ROI focus
This role requires comfort with GA4, GSC, CRM attribution, and funnel analytics.
Comfort working directly with founders
