Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Salem. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, and campaigns, analyzing market trends, and driving brand awareness. They will oversee the daily operations of the marketing department, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments and external agencies to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives. Other responsibilities also include designing marketing materials, managing digital marketing efforts, and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications

Experience in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
Skills in analyzing market trends and driving brand awareness
Ability to oversee daily operations of the marketing department and manage budgets

Strong leadership and team management skills
