Rivona is a fast-growing, clean, vegan self-care brand creating exciting, multi-purpose everyday products. We build for Gen Z and modern India with bold concepts, smart formats, and memorable fragrances.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing at Rivona. This role is for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and scale the brand across digital, content, and community.

A major part of this role is owning Meta performance marketingunderstanding full-funnel optimization, creative testing, audience building, and ROAS-driven execution.


Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing (Priority: META)

Lead Meta Ads end-to-end: campaign planning, budgeting, execution, optimisation, reporting.

Deep understanding of Metas algorithm, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative performance indicators.

Build and optimise campaigns for acquisition, remarketing, retention, and scaling winning ad sets

Manage Google Ads across Search, YouTube, Display with a focus on high-intent conversions.

Implement data-driven decision making across CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution.


2. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

Build and execute an influencer outreach strategy across Instagram & YouTube.

Manage influencer relationships, negotiations, briefs, content approvals, and ROI measurement.

Identify and execute brand collaborations, co-creation opportunities, and UGC pipelines.


3. Content Strategy

Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and brand storytelling.

Lead ideation for social media content, UGC scripts, reels, product explainers, and seasonal campaigns. Work closely with designers, editors, and creators for consistent brand aesthetics.

4. Photoshoots & Creative Production

Oversee product photoshoots, campaign shoots, and model shoots end-to-end.

Create shot lists, visual references, and mood boards with a strong brand lens.

Ensure assets are optimized for Meta, website, marketplaces, and retail.


5. Team Building & Cross-Functional Leadership

Build and mentor an internal marketing team (performance, social media, design, influencer).

Work with founders on brand expansion, new launches, and topline growth.

Coordinate with product, ops, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.


6. Brand Growth & Strategy

Own monthly revenue growth targets with the founders.

Execute launch strategies for new perfumes, body mists, and self-care formats.

Bring fresh ideas and a pulse on Gen Z trends, beauty industry benchmarks, and cultural moments.


Requirements :

36 years of experience in D2C or beauty/consumer brands.

Mandatory: Strong hands-on Meta ads experience (not just agency management).

Proven track record of scaling budgets and improving CAC/ROAS.

Understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance-first content.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads + Analytics.

Comfortable managing influencers, shoots, and content pipelines.

Team leadership experience is a strong advantage.

Someone who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
