Job Description
One of the leading sweets and snacks retail brands with a pan India presence is looking for a Marketing Manager.
Role Overview:
Lead planning and execution of brand visibility, in store promotions, merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives
Drive offline campaigns and events in collaboration with the sales team
Manage vendors and partners for packaging, POSM, and media releases
Ensure consistent on ground brand experience across all retail touchpoints
Track and improve store level marketing effectiveness and ROI
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute trade marketing calendars and retail activations
Work closely with sales teams to drive footfall and conversions
Oversee visual merchandising standards and execution quality
Coordinate with external partners for production and branding deliverables
Monitor competition and identify local market opportunities
Skills Required
Strong understanding of retail and trade marketing, FMCG preferred
Working knowledge of digital and social media integration
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Creative, solution oriented mindset
Strong ownership and execution discipline
Experience
5+ years in trade or retail marketing, FMCG or retail background preferred
Reporting
- Direct reporting to management
