We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing for our residential projects and drive qualified leads, site visits, and bookings
Key Responsibilities
- Execute project marketing, launches & sales campaign
- Manage & optimise Google Ads, Meta & property portal campaign
- Drive lead quality, site visits & conversion
- Support broker/channel partner activation
- Handle site branding, offline marketing & vendor coordination
- Track performance, budgets & marketing RO
- Work closely with the Sales & CRM team
Requirements
- 58 years of real estate marketing experience (developer side preferred
- Hands-on experience in digital performance marketing
- Strong understanding of residential sales cycle & channel partner ecosyste
- Data-driven, execution-focused mindse
