Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing (or strong exposure to offline + execution-heavy marketing).
- Proven experience in events, expos, OOH, activations, and agency coordination .
- Strong execution mindset with multitasking ability.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute project-wise marketing campaigns (pre-launch, launch, sustenance).
- Align marketing initiatives with sales targets, inventory movement, and lead funnels.
- Ensure timely rollout across digital, print, OOH, and on-ground channels.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for effectiveness.
2. Events, Expos & Activations
- Lead execution of property expos, project launches, site events, and industry exhibitions.
- Manage end-to-end event execution including branding, logistics, vendors, and manpower.
- Ensure lead capture, CRM tagging, and post-event coordination with sales.
- Analyze ROI, lead quality, and conversions.
3. Digital Marketing & Agency Management
- Act as SPOC for creative, digital, and social media agencies.
- Approve content calendars, creatives, paid campaigns, and execution timelines.
- Monitor KPIs such as leads, CPL, engagement, and brand consistency.
4. OOH, Sponsorships & Brand Visibility
- Plan and execute OOH campaigns and city-level branding.
- Evaluate and manage sponsorships and brand partnerships with ROI focus.
- Execute local activations, roadshows, canopy activities, and site promotions.
5. Budget, Vendor & Sales Coordination
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor onboarding, negotiations, and cost control.
- Support sales teams with collaterals, site branding, CP meets, and promotions.
- Ensure marketing alignment with real-time sales priorities.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly MIS, campaign reports, event summaries, and spend trackers.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, advertising norms, and internal brand guidelines.
