Here, we dont just sell properties; we sell lifestyles and future-proof investments. We are looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to lead this brand into its next phase of growth.

Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who understands that in real estate, the most powerful impressions happen in the physical world. While the world goes digital, we believe the touch of a premium brochure, the impact of a massive site hoarding, and the trust built at a community event are what truly close a deal.

You will be responsible for the "Ground Strategy"ensuring our projects are the most visible and talked-about developments in the city. This role is Hybrid , requiring regular visits to project sites and vendors, with the flexibility to handle planning and reporting remotely.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience : 2+ years of proven marketing experience, specifically within the Real Estate industry or a real estate-focused agency.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Hoarding & Signage: Lead the end-to-end execution of site branding, including large-scale hoardings, directional signage, and "Coming Soon" boards.
• BTL Activations: Organize Below-the-Line activities, such as canopy setups, roadshows, and local pop-ups, in high-traffic areas (e.g., malls, tech parks).
• Outdoor Media: Negotiate and manage placements for billboards, bus shelters, and transit media to maximize project visibility.
• Offline Expertise: Proven track record in traditional marketingprint, OOH, and BTL.
• Vendor Network: A strong existing database of printers, fabricators, and local media vendors is a significant plus.
• Field-Ready: You are comfortable being on-site, supervising installations, and managing "on-ground" logistics.
• Aesthetic Eye: A high bar for quality; you can tell the difference between "good" and "luxury" print finishes and materials.
