Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and dynamic "Head of Marketing with 10+years of experience to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth for our real estate company. This role will oversee all marketing efforts, including branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and market research. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate marketing and demonstrate a proven ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies. This role will encompass online and offline marketing strategies, rendering, sketching, and collaboration with various agencies to enhance our brand presence and drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate online and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, newspapers, and other offline channels and also collaborate with channel partners.

Oversee the creation of engaging content across various formats, including digital graphics, renderings, and sketches that reflect the brands identity and vision.

Manage relationships with external agencies, including advertising, PR, and creative firms, to ensure alignment with marketing goals and effective campaign execution.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to refine marketing strategies.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence.



Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Develop community outreach programs to enhance brand loyalty and customer relationships.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.

Expertise in online and offline marketing strategies, including social media, print advertising, and content creation.

Strong understanding of design concepts, rendering, and sketching techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.


Preferred:

Experience in large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.
