Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead brand-focused marketing initiatives. This role is primarily responsible for building and strengthening brand equity through strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across ATL, BTL, and digital marketing, along with the ability to drive long-term brand vision while delivering measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Brand Strategy & Vision

Develop and execute long-term brand strategies to strengthen positioning and brand equity.

Conceptualize and implement creative marketing campaigns aligned with the brands mission and vision.


2. Campaign Management

Lead planning and execution of ATL campaigns including TV, radio, print, and outdoor.

Oversee BTL activities such as on-ground activations, events, partnerships, and consumer engagement initiatives.

Plan and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.


3. Creative Ideation

Brainstorm and drive innovative ideas for brand growth and consumer engagement.

Collaborate closely with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure strong brand storytelling and consistency.


4. Leadership & Collaboration

Provide direction to cross-functional teams including marketing, design, digital, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


5. Market Analysis & Insights

Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer insight studies to refine marketing and brand strategies.

Use data-driven insights to guide campaign planning and brand decisions.


6. Campaign Performance & Evaluation

Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against defined KPIs.

Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future initiatives.


Experience & Qualifications

58 years of experience in marketing or brand management roles, handling established consumer brands.

Strong hands-on experience in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with a strong creative mindset and execution capability
