About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager APAC to lead and scale our B2B marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. This role is critical in driving demand generation, brand visibility, and pipeline growth in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve strategic and operational goals.
Foster a high-performance culture through guidance, feedback, and continuous development.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all campaigns.
APAC Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies tailored to APAC markets.
Adapt global initiatives to local market needs while identifying growth opportunities across the region.
B2B Lead Generation
Drive demand and lead generation through targeted B2B campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
Partner closely with sales teams to support pipeline growth and conversion.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics and marketing insights tools.
Translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
CRM & Marketing Automation
Manage and optimize marketing workflows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Marketing / Customer Insights Journeys).
Ensure accurate customer data management, segmentation, and campaign execution.
