Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our outbound email marketing and demand generation initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, execute and optimize outbound email campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.

This role works closely with the Sales and Leadership teams to define ideal customer profiles, craft effective messaging, execute campaigns and continuously improve performance through data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities

Outbound Email Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Own and manage end-to-end outbound email marketing campaigns
  • Design and execute cold email, drip and follow-up sequences
  • Segment target accounts and buyer personas for effective outreach
  • Generate qualified leads aligned with sales objectives
  • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, content, CTAs and cadence
  • Ensure email best practices, compliance and deliverability standards


Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Build and manage outbound campaign calendars
  • Align campaigns with sales priorities, regions and target segments
  • Coordinate with sales teams for timely lead handover and follow-ups


Marketing Operations & Tools

  • Manage email marketing and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Zoho, HubSpot or similar)
  • Maintain lead segmentation, scoring, routing and CRM hygiene
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates and conversions


Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal review
  • Improve campaign effectiveness through continuous testing and analysis


Content & Messaging Support

  • Create and refine outbound-focused content including:
  • Email templates and messaging frameworks
  • Value propositions aligned with target audiences
  • Short sales enablement messaging
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication across outbound campaigns


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Support go-to-market initiatives through targeted outbound campaigns
  • Act as the marketing owner for early-stage pipeline generation


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation or B2B marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads through outbound outreach
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment


Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or technology-driven businesses
  • Exposure to global markets
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach as a supporting channel
  • Understanding of sales-led growth models
