PlayAll Sports is a Sports Technology and Infrastructure company serving 65,000+ customers every month across 30 sports complexes. Our corporate clients include HCL, KPMG, and American Express. We also provide sports technology and infrastructure solutions to institutions and corporates across India.

Are you the kind of marketer who doesn't just run campaigns you own outcomes?

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will own our entire demand engine: from Google Ads to ground-level events, from CRM journeys to venue occupancy targets. You'll report directly to the Co-Founder and lead a team of two. This is not a desk job. This is a builder's role.


What you'll own

Digital & Agency Leadership

Drive ROI from every rupee of ad spend collaborate with agencies on campaign strategy, creative briefs, and performance reviews

Get weekly digital reports from your Digital Marketing Executive and turn data into sharper decisions

On-Ground Demand Generation

Design and execute weekly/monthly activations sports clinics, female-only matches, pickup games, weekend leagues, community tournaments

Fill venues, create buzz, build loyalty not just online but on the ground

Partnerships & Events

Build a pipeline of school, corporate, and community partnerships that drive sustained footfall

Co-own the events calendar and make every event a marketing moment

CRM & Retention

Build smart journeys first booking to second, renewals, win-backs, referrals

Run targeted WhatsApp, SMS & email campaigns that actually convert

Customer Success Ownership

Lead your Customer Success Executive to hit SLA targets (first response, resolution time)

Close feedback loops, eliminate recurring issues, and make every customer interaction count

Occupancy & Revenue Impact

Forecast and deliver venue occupancy targets across all PlayAll centres

Work with Ops on shoulder-hour strategies, dynamic pricing, and promos

MustHave Qualifications

5+ years in consumer marketing, growth, or brand with real on-ground execution under your belt.

You've managed people before and know how to get the best out of a team

Digital fluency is second nature you understand campaigns, funnels, content, and analytics

You've worked with or managed agencies and know how to hold them accountable

CRM isn't just a buzzword for you you've built journeys, run campaigns, and tracked what moved

Excellent communicator in Hindi & English, written and spoken

Comfortable with field work, weekend events, and the energy of a startup

Hands-on with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Wati, or similar

Nice to have-You'll stand out If-

You've worked in sports, fitness, or lifestyle categories and understand the passion-driven consumer

You have basic design chops Canva, Figma, or a sharp eye for creative feedback

You've built or managed no-code landing pages for campaigns

You're active on the field you play a sport, coach one, or simply live the game

You've run hyperlocal community campaigns or grassroots activations before

Your Team

You will directly manage and take weekly reporting from:

Digital Marketing Executive owns social, content, email & Google Ads

Customer Success Executive owns inbound support, feedback, and customer experience
