1. Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will be a pivotal member of the founding team for a Greenfield pharmaceutical venture. This role is responsible for the strategic brand management, product portfolio development, and market positioning for the Urology and Cardiodiabetic segments. Backed by a promoter group with a 7000+ Cr business legacy, this position offers the unique opportunity to build a brand architecture from the ground up in a high-growth environment.

3. Core Responsibilities
A. Brand Strategy & Launch Excellence
- GTM Planning: Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the inaugural product portfolio in Urology and Cardio-Metabolic therapies.
- Product Pipeline: Identify and evaluate new molecules for portfolio expansion based on market data and unmet medical needs.
- Campaign Design: Create high-impact promotional campaigns, visual aids, and digital content for the field force.
B. Market Intelligence & KOL Engagement
- Advocacy Building: Identify and engage with National and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Urology and Cardiodiabetic space.
- Market Mapping: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor pricing, market share, and doctor prescribing habits.
- CME & Events: Conceptualize and execute scientific symposiums, CMEs, and round-table meetings.
C. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with the National Sales Manager (NSM) to ensure field force alignment with brand strategies.
- Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI on promotional spends.
- Training: Conduct product training sessions for the newly recruited sales team to ensure scientific detailing excellence.
