Role:

The Brand Executive/ Manager at Messe Muenchen India will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our B2B trade shows. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, audience growth, and exhibitor engagement through digital, print, and partnership channels.

Youll collaborate closely with project, sales, and design teams while managing agencies to deliver timely, ROI-driven campaigns. A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution is key to success in this role.

• Running B2B digital marketing campaigns hands-on (planning + execution)
• Owning email marketing : segmentation, campaigns, optimisation, reporting
• Working closely with CRM tools to manage leads, funnels, and conversions
• Executing campaigns using Meta Business Suite or similar modern / Gen-AI-enabled tools
• Tracking performance, improving ROI, and tightening funnels
• Partnering closely with sales and leadership no silos
  

• Have 58 years of B2B marketing experience
• Have no more than 10 years of total work experience
• Are hands-on with digital marketing (not only agency management)
• Have real experience with email marketing + CRM tools
• Have worked with Meta Business Suite or similar platforms
• Prefer stability and ownership over frequent role changes
