Marketing Manager

Mystical Propack Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging with plants in Silvasa, Chiplun, and Goa. We supply blow molded, injection molded, and injection blow molded packaging to major MNCs in agrochemicals, FMCG, construction chemicals, and beverages.

We are hiring a Marketing Manager with strong technical knowledge of plastic packaging to drive business development and manage key accounts. The role involves sales, client management, and technical solution selling. The candidate must be open to travel for client visits, plant coordination, and industry events.

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
• Present technical packaging solutions to clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with the production team for customized solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

• 810 years of experience in the plastic packaging industry (marketing/sales).
• Technical knowledge of blow molding, injection molding, and injection blow molding.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Degree/Diploma in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical Engineering, or Packaging Technology. MBA is a plus.
