Marketing Manager - Minerals

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Reports to: CEO

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our minerals and industrial products business.

The role will focus on strengthening brand presence, generating qualified leads and positioning the company as a reliable supplier in domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Refractory, Abrasive & Industrial mineral and mineral products.

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and distributor marketing.

Work closely with the CEO to support pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and application areas for existing mineral products.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing/positioning studies.

Track and report marketing performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of B2B / industrial marketing.

Experience in marketing of minerals or similar industrial sectors is highly preferred.

Data-driven approach to campaign planning and performance tracking.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

Graduation in relevant field

5-7 years of relevant marketing experience in an industrial / B2B environment.
