We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and help build a strong brand presence in the real estate space.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, conceptualize, and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital platforms

Oversee and manage SEO and performance marketing activities to drive qualified leads

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication

Ideate and supervise content for social media, digital ads, and marketing materials

Possess basic graphic designing skills to assist in creative direction and quick design needs

Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results

Visit project sites for marketing shoots, content creation, and campaign execution when required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing (real estate experience is a plus)

Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

Strong creative thinking and campaign planning skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Comfortable travelling to project sites for shoots and marketing activities
