Loft Studio is entering its next growth phase and we are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of our marketing ecosystem.

Not just Instagram posting.

Not just ads.

We need a growth thinker.

You will handle end-to-end marketing from digital presence to on-ground brand visibility.

This includes:

Social media strategy & execution (Instagram, LinkedIn)

Paid ads (Meta & Google)

Lead generation funnels

Website optimization & updates

Vendor & influencer collaborations

Offline branding & site boards

Campaign planning for project launches

Content planning (projects, testimonials, before/after)

Lead tracking & performance analytics

Coordination with sales team for conversion strategy

You will directly work with the founder and shape the growth direction of the company.

• 25 years experience in real estate/interior/architecture marketing preferred
• Strong execution ability (not just planning)
• Comfortable with performance ads + organic growth
• Understands branding psychology
• Data-driven and result-oriented
• Can build systems, not chaos
