Language Requirement: Tamil & Malayalam (Fluency Mandatory)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager Marketing to lead regional marketing initiatives for Chennai. If you understand the local market, culture, and customer mindset this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to drive admissions and brand visibility
• Lead on-ground activities, school outreach programs, and community engagement initiatives
• Manage digital and offline marketing efforts for the region
• Coordinate with franchise partners to ensure strong local promotions
• Track campaign performance and optimize marketing spends for better ROI
• Build partnerships and local tie-ups to increase reach and walk-ins

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in regional marketing (education/retail/service industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Chennai markets
• Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam (spoken & written) is a must
• Strong execution skills with a hands-on approach
• Ability to manage vendors, agencies, and multiple stakeholders
