Job Description
Purpose:
We are seeking a hands-on and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and outreach activities that directly support candidate sourcing for Leadspires International Mobility programs.
This role is not brand-only or corporate marketing. It is a performance-driven sourcing support role, responsible for generating qualified leads, supporting inside sales and partner sourcing teams, and enabling government and institutional mobilization efforts. The role reports directly to AVP Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Sourcing-Focused Marketing Strategy
Own the marketing strategy aligned with sourcing targets and timelines.
Translate sourcing requirements into campaign plans across regions and channels.
Prioritize lead quality, eligibility, and conversion over vanity metrics.
Ensure marketing output directly contributes to sourcing volumes.
2. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns to generate candidate leads and SEO - On page and Off page, Content optimization etc.
Work with external vendors (digital agencies, PR agencies, website vendors) as required.
Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and approvals.
Optimize campaigns based on lead quality and sourcing feedback.
3. Content & Collateral Development
Create Social Media Visuals (logo, banners, icons), Finalize Content Strategy, Design Launch Content (launch posts, brand announcement creatives, Prepare Content Templates (reels, short videos templates, story templates)
Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and approved internally
Support partners and government programs with customized collaterals.
4. Marketing Support to Sourcing Teams
Work closely with Inside Sales, B2B Sourcing, and B2G teams to support execution by Social Media Marketing - Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, Linkedin, whatsapp
Enable sourcing teams with pitch decks, FAQs, and communication material.
Incorporate field and inside sales feedback into campaign improvements.
Ensure timely availability of marketing assets.
5. Data, CRM & Performance Tracking
Track lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
Ensure seamless lead capture and transfer to CRM / sourcing systems.
Monitor conversion ratios from lead to enrollment in coordination with sourcing teams.
Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for AVP Sourcing.
6. Compliance & Brand Discipline
Ensure ethical communication and zero mis-selling in all campaigns.
Adhere to government, platform, and internal compliance guidelines.
Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and positioning.
Support audit and review requirements where applicable.
7. Team & Vendor Management
Lead and manage marketing executives and coordinators.
Manage external vendors including digital marketers, designers, and agencies.
Define clear deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
Ensure cost efficiency and ROI-driven execution.

Strong experience in performance marketing or lead-generation-focused marketing.
Ability to work closely with sales and sourcing teams.
Data-driven mindset with focus on conversion metrics.
Strong content, coordination, and execution skills.
High ownership, agility, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with digital campaigns, CRM, and lead funnels.
Prior exposure to B2C and institutional outreach marketing preferred.
Graduate degree required; MBA or marketing specialization preferred.
