Marketing Manager

Role : AVP - Public Relations & Internal Communications

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR strategies that align with the company's marketing goals, ensuring positive media coverage and strengthening relationships with key media contacts.
• Draft and review press releases, media articles, thought-leadership content, and internal communication materials to support brand marketing initiatives through impactful storytelling and message delivery.
• Lead media relations, identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key journalists, influencers, analysts and publications & media agencies
• Handle internal communication on various initiatives, to ensure consistent messaging, fostering a culture of transparency, employee engagement, and strategic business alignment.
• Monitor and analyse media coverage, campaign performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead detailed content research to gather market insights/ topics to educate & engage various customer segments through online/offline channels
• Manage coordination with designers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of creative assets that support key campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end execution of communication rollouts and integrated campaigns-ensuring alignment with goals, timely delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain detailed content calendars, enabling proactive planning, consistent messaging, and efficient execution across all communication touchpoints.

Experience:

1. 810 years of experience in Public Relations, Internal Communications, Branding & Content
2. Mandatory: Prior experience working with NBFC, or BFSI sector with exposure to diverse financial products and services

Education: MBA in Marketing, Finance, Mass Communication, or an equivalent advanced degree.
