Were building Indias access-first experiences platform. We curate and package premium global and domestic experiences sports, concerts, cultural moments and make them accessible across price points.
Indias experience economy is exploding. Access is fragmented, unreliable and often unaffordable. The platform is solving that by combining technology, partnerships and storytelling.

Expectations From You:
We are currently in launch mode and everything is on the table when it comes to work. You would not only be looking at one task but work across multiple functions and domains. Essentially your involvement will help curate:
- Brand voice
- Operating rhythm
- Vendor ecosystems
- Customer trust architecture
- The culture of execution

The Role
You will own marketing. Not just campaigns. Not just social media. The full engine. Strategy, positioning, vendors, infrastructure, GTM planning, budgets, performance tracking all of it. You will build the marketing function from scratch. At the initial stage, marketing will play the most critical role to ensure all that is being done is delivering output and driving impact.
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Defining and establishing brand positioning and communication pillars
- Building quarterly and monthly marketing roadmaps
- Planning and managing budgets (brand + performance)
- Setting up CRM, attribution, reporting systems
- Managing teams, freelancers and vendor partnerships
- Leading campaign launches end-to-end
- Tracking CAC, LTV, conversion, ROAS
- Working cross-functionally with design, content and video
Who You Are
- 47 years in marketing (startup or D2C preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance + brand marketing
- Comfortable building systems from zero
- Data-first decision maker
- Clear communicator and strong negotiator
- High ownership, low ego
What This Role Is Not
- Not a social media manager role
- Not a just strategy role
- Not a 9-to-5 execution-only job
You will be accountable for outcomes.
