Role Description

The Marketing Manager will strengthen our global brand presence, driving marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and expand customer engagement for Himalayan Echoes Travel. This full-time, hybrid role in Gurgaon involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, analyzing market trends, amplifying media visibility, and building relationships with partners. The role also includes overseeing content creation, evaluating marketing performance metrics, and ensuring that all communications align with the company's brand identity and values.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and SEO/SEM techniques
  • Experience in Campaign Management, Branding, and Content Marketing
  • Strong skills in Analytics, Market Research, and Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Effective leadership, strategic thinking, and project management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of luxury travel and tourism trends, particularly in niche markets like adventure or cultural tourism
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools)
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Creative mindset and passion for storytelling aligned with the company's mission
  • Commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong relationship management skills with travel trade and media
  • Understanding of performance marketing levers (Meta / Google / paid campaigns)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
