WORK ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of RootsGoods B2B
marketing strategy. This role functions as the central coordination engine across content,
design, advertising, email marketing, webinars, and analytics.
The Marketing Manager will ensure structured campaign execution across multiple industry
segments, maintain alignment between internal stakeholders, and drive measurable lead
generation outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Plan Execution: Own and execute the complete B2B marketing strategy
across multiple industry segments. Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and
aligned with business objectives.
Email Marketing Management: Set up and manage email marketing platforms
(Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). Execute segmented campaigns, monitor open and
click rates, and optimize performance.
Content Calendar & Team Coordination: Develop and manage the marketing
calendar. Align writer, designer, founder, and ads specialist on deliverables, timelines,
and campaign milestones.
LinkedIn Company Page Management: Oversee LinkedIn publishing cadence,
schedule posts, and track engagement analytics to maintain consistent brand presence.
Lead Tracking & Sales Handoff: Monitor lead activity (downloads, webinar
registrations, engagement). Prepare and share weekly structured lead reports with the
sales team.
Webinar Planning & Execution: Manage webinar logistics including invitations,
platform coordination, follow-up sequences, and attendee tracking.
Ads Coordination: Prepare campaign briefs for the LinkedIn Ads Specialist and ensure
paid campaigns align with the broader marketing strategy.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance metrics across channels and
submit structured monthly performance reports with insights and optimization
recommendations.
Required Profile:
35 years of B2B marketing experience (preferably in AgriTech, food industry, or industrial
technology sectors).
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Strong project management capabilities.
Analytical ability to interpret marketing metrics and performance data.
COMPENSATION AND TERMS:
This engagement will be structured as a full-time employment position. Compensation will be
determined based on experience, performance capability, and scope of responsibility.
Detailed terms including reporting structure, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property
ownership, and performance evaluation criteria will be governed by a formal employment agreement.
