About ForMen:


ForMen is a mens wellness brand selling personal care, grooming, and intimate wellness products across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms (Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit). Were a small, founder-led team where everyone has direct visibility into each others work. Youll sit alongside a Performance Marketer who owns paid ads, a Creative Lead who produces assets, and an ops team that manages inventory and fulfilment. Leadership is directly involved in marketing decisions - this is a high-trust, high-accountability environment with real autonomy and real ownership.


The Role:


We need someone to own the delivery and coordination of our entire marketing operation. You ensure campaigns ship on time, marketplace relationships are maintained, influencer programs run smoothly, and nothing falls through the cracks. Youre the person who connects the moving parts - internal teams, platform partners, influencers, vendors - and drives projects from plan to execution. On a typical day youll be coordinating campaign timelines with the creative team, aligning with ops on inventory for a promotion, briefing an influencer, updating a landing page for a seasonal push, and reporting status to the founder. The pace is fast, the threads are many, and the reward is seeing things actually land. One thing to know upfront: our product range includes intimate wellness products (delay sprays, lubricants). These are core to our business, and youll need to be comfortable marketing in this category - including navigating advertising compliance restrictions on Meta, Google, and marketplace platforms.

We run a tight operating rhythm: regular standups, weekly growth syncs, and project tracking thats expected to be current before anyone asks. If somethings blocked, we surface it the same day. What Youll Own:


Listed roughly in order of priority during your first 6 months.


Marketing Campaign Delivery:


. Own end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across all channels - from brief through launch and reporting

Coordinate across the creative lead, performance marketer, and ops team to keep assets, inventory, and offers aligned and on schedule

Plan and execute seasonal and event-driven campaigns (e.g., Valentines Day, sale events) including landing pages, creative briefs, platform-specific activations, and cross-channel coordination

Manage website marketing activity - landing page updates, promotional banners, campaign-specific pages, and on-site merchandising


Marketing Project Management:


Be the single point of accountability for marketing project delivery - track every active initiative, know whats on track and what isnt, and keep the team aligned

Maintain project trackers with clear owners, deadlines, and status updates - updated proactively, not reactively

Run weekly marketing coordination, flag blockers same-day, and ensure nothing slips between teams

Produce regular performance summaries and campaign post-mortems for the growth sync


Marketplace Relationships:


Be ForMens primary marketing contact with platform category managers across quick-commerce and marketplace channels

Run recurring syncs with platform POCs and proactively surface promotional opportunities, sales events, and sampling campaigns

Write clear proposals and opportunity summaries that leadership can act on quickly

Coordinate with ops on PO timelines, inventory availability, and promotional placements


Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships :


Build and manage a pipeline of barter and paid influencer collaborations across creator tiers

Handle end-to-end coordination: outreach, product briefs, scripting, content delivery, and follow-ups

Track campaign costs and measure ROI per partnership

Evaluate and manage affiliate and attribution platforms to connect creator activity to sales


Vendor & Agency Management:


Build and maintain relationships with content agencies, affiliate platforms, and production vendors

Requirements:

Must-Haves


24 years in a marketing role at a D2C or e-commerce brand, ideally in personal care, wellness, or FMCG Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and deliver them on time across cross-functional teams

Working knowledge of Indian quick-commerce platforms (Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit) - how they operate, how category teams work, how promotions and PO cycles run

Hands-on experience running influencer or creator programs end-to-end

Strong written communication - youll regularly write proposals, briefs, and summaries that drive decisions

A structured, disciplined approach to project tracking and documentation

Comfort marketing products in the intimate wellness category - this is a core part of our business, not a sideline

Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate; this is an on-site role


Nice-to-Haves:


Experience navigating advertising compliance restrictions on Meta, Google, or marketplace platforms (intimate wellness, pharma-adjacent, restricted categories)

Familiarity with broader marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, Flipkart) and their promotional mechanics

Exposure to quick-commerce advertising: keyword strategy, bidding models, banner and listing optimisation

An existing network of creators or agencies in the Indian health and wellness space

YouTube channel growth or management experience

Youll also be expected to operate with the discipline and urgency of someone who treats the business as their own.
