Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Chennai. The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing initiatives to promote the brand and its offerings. Daily tasks include developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and overseeing branding activities. The role also involves analyzing market data and trends to identify new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and working collaboratively across teams to achieve business objectives.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving Evoluziones brand presence and consumer engagement across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of luxury retail, an eye for culture, and the ability to translate brand vision into compelling, high-performing campaigns. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Calendar & Campaign Planning Lead the development, planning, and execution of the annual and monthly marketing calendar. Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the overarching brand strategy and support key merchandising and store priorities. Partner closely with merchandising and retail teams to plan campaigns around drops, collections, designer stories, and store events. 2. Event Activation & On-ground Experiences Plan and execute brand events, in-store activations, designer meet-and-greets, and cultural moments in collaboration with merchandising and store teams. Oversee event logistics, partnerships, invites, and execution to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned experiences that drive footfall and conversion. 3. Performance Marketing Oversight Manage and coordinate with the performance marketing agency, ensuring clear briefs, timely assets, and alignment with brand goals. Track performance metrics, optimizations, and budgets, ensuring campaigns drive ROI while upholding brand equity. 4. Channel Ownership (Organic & Paid) Own communication across all consumer-facing channels including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, the website, emailers, and the blog. Ensure a consistent, elevated brand voice and timely content rollouts that support key business launches and narratives. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure channel best practices and strong content performance. 5. Cultural Intelligence & Market Awareness Maintain a sharp pulse on cultural moments, emerging trends, design talent, and luxury consumer behaviour in India. Monitor competitive activity, fast-growing designers, relevant events, and industry conversations to identify opportunities for the brand to participate or lead. Bring insights and recommendations that shape future campaigns, partnerships, and content directions. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with merchandising, retail, design, and leadership teams to align marketing activities with business priorities. Track and report on campaign performance, content engagement, and consumer insights, with clear takeaways for future planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in marketing strategy development, brand management, and campaign execution
• Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Data analysis and market research expertise to guide decision-making
• Knowledge of the luxury retail sector or experience in fashion or premium brands is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with a diverse team
