About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own end-to-end campaign execution for E2Ms internal marketing initiatives. This role translates strategy from the CMO into fully built, performance-ready campaigns that drive measurable growth in MQLs, booked calls, and qualified pipeline. You will lead the India-based marketing team while ensuring campaigns launch quickly, perform efficiently, and continuously improve.


Working Hours :

This role requires overlap with the U.S. team: 6:30 PM 9:30 PM IST (Monday Friday)


Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution from strategy launch optimisation
  • Build campaign plans including offers, funnels, targeting, and messaging
  • Lead and coordinate execution across growth, performance, SEO, outreach, and marketing tech teams
  • Ensure campaigns are QA-tested and performance-ready before launch
  • Track performance and optimise campaigns based on data and conversion quality
  • Maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and dashboards
  • Serve as the primary bridge between the India marketing team and the CMO (U.S.)



Qualifications

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 2+ years managing marketing teams
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (required)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience building funnels and demand generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, paid media, and SEO fundamentals
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Google Sheets
